Avoid alcoholic beverage before you go to sleep. Some people think that they sleep better with alcohol. However, this is not true. Probably after you drink alcohol, you may feel sleepy and want to go to sleep. However, this is not good at all for your sleep. You might wake up at night when you drink alcohol. Or maybe the next day, you will be very tired from the alcohol. Anything which might physically affect your sleep will be not good. So, make sure you do not drink them before you go to sleep.
Make a time when you have to go to bed. At first maybe you will not find easy to sleep that early, however, later when your body is used to that sleeping time, you will feel much better. I used to go to bed at 12 and sleep in the next morning. However, now I change my time to 10, and I feel much better now.
