Capitalism is a flawed system because it tends to disfranchise and put off with negativity and downplay the purpose of everyone in society who doesn't meet the cookie cutter standards. Even So, entrepreneurism is something that is accessible to anyone, anyplace and at any time through chance and opportunity. I
It's often a shock when you understand a simple verity about our American capitalist economy: Making big bucks not only does not involve that you give up having fun but the real achievers are guys who work a dividend of the time their peers do.
And still they rake it in. And have plenty of time for everything else in their personal lives. How is it that they do this? It is actually pretty simple to explain: How many hours of the average workday, in an office, is actually spent getting anything done? For most people, it's maybe two hours.
The other six (or more) are essentially wasted in useless meetings, hanging on hold waiting to talk to someone, gossiping, flirting and staring out the window. Add all the time it takes to get dressed, commute to and from, and get ready for the next go-round; entire days are half empty. For two hours of productive work. Whether you're working for yourself or working for what I refer to as "corporate daycare."
That's why so many of the really successful people I know work at home. No commute. They work in their pajamas and take care of their kids and pets with ease. Get your two hours of productivity in before noon.
And double that after lunch, if you're so inclined, and still get in some time in the afternoon for whatever is privy to you. Working on your own schedule is something many parents truly wish they could do so they can give their children adequate attention and care. It's especially hard for those who have children who attend school for half a day, or even for a full day due to how much time and energy it takes away from everyone in the family, as well as anyone else you have no choice but to enlist to help out. If you work hard, you should be able to play hard too, you deserve it! Children do it every day, why don't we as adults allow ourselves to become especially improved and fully believe in ourselves?
