Nourishing the skin with exercise routines and plenty of water is very important. Although not many will believe that, it is true. You have to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your skin from drying allowing it to be moist and supple. This can in addition minimize the dark circles under the eyes.

Exercise can facilitate to have good blood circulation. It is believed that the better circulation, the more nutrients goes to the skin thus allowing you to glow. You have to wash your skin as well. This is the simplest way to care for your skin. Washing it with water and a good cleanser will be good. Other than the number of times you wash your face depends on your skin type. For a person who has oily skin, it would be better to wash at least 2-3 times a day while those with dry skin should only wash once or twice. A gentle facial scrub will help you in removing dead skin cells.

Applying sunscreen when going out will without a doubt useful in protecting you against UVB damaged. This is the one which will cause you burning factor on your skin. There are different types of lotion available in the market which has SPF. The higher the SPF the better chances you have not having sun burn.

Avoiding too much exposure to sun is still the best for protecting your skin from the sun.

There are good protection methods to protect you against the sun's rays. Here are few of those methods which you can use:

1. Stay in the shade between the hours 11 am to 3 pm.

2. Be sure to wear protective clothing and hat.

3. Wear sunglasses to keep your eyes safe from UV rays.

4. Do not allow yourself to burn under the sun, spend some time indoors or in the shade.

5. Use sunscreen products with SPF 15 and above.

Do not rely in sunscreen as you yourself should know what is good for you.

Another great product which will aid in protecting the skin is those Antioxidant creams. There are a limited number of researches which reported that the skin can absorb certain antioxidants such those from green tea, coffee and Vitamin C which aids in reducing oxidation.

Take note of the following steps and you will surely get that glowing, younger, and fairer skin you want. And using the methods I've described here, it can happen a lot faster than you expect!
