How To Succeed In Business Quickly!

Not long ago I met with a buddy of mine, who's relatively new to the network marketing scene.

He's energetic, enthusiastic and its obvious that he's fully engaged with what he's doing. Plus he's a good guy. So we started having a chat about the venture he's involved with, and within 30 seconds he had lost me, another 30 and I'm travelling through space.

So what's going wrong here? He's passionate though not fanatical, (which is important) and he has good people skills.

The thing is he's trying to convince me that ultimately all of us need "his thing". But where it all starts with network marketing, as well as everything else is figuring out what "I" need primarily, and then everyone else. The truth is that we're all most interested in what's in it for us.

And the most effective way to do that, to find out what I need, now and always has been is very simply to ask questions.

You simply have to find out what they want, and how do you do that? You have to ask them. I compare it to describing how great the quality of a certain jean is, how nicely the cut tapers at the bottom, the strength and smoothness of the material and the incredible durability of the rivets when the most pertinent question may be - "What size do you want?"

Because if you don't have their size right then and there, all the other things don't matter.

The next thing we must do is figure out how to source what they need/ want. And face it wants are usually stronger than needs. So step 2 once you know what they want is to go and get it.

That could mean figuring out how to source ebooks on your niche online, getting the materials you need to start trading, whether its a burger franchise, a car wash or setting up to sell shovels and work clothes when the next gold rush comes to town etc. Its really the middle piece of the jigsaw and that's finding out how you can make a fortune by getting what they want.

And finally, you must be able to give it to them bigger, better and faster than your competitors. And if you think you don't have competitors you will have soon, especially if you're profitable.

In a nutshell "marketing", not only must you have a good product but people must know that you have a good product, and the best way for this to happen is for you to tell them. Whether by word of mouth, referrals, advertising, internet marketing. Whatever it is that you have to do to get your message out, and for that message to reach your target market and entice them to respond.

That's it, to experience more and greater success in your business, start asking questions and listening to the answers. Figure out how you can get your hands on what it is they're looking for and then deliver it to them fast.
