Recently I decided to start looking for a few places in Florida to rent so I decided to check out some of these classified ad sites. Florida is supposed to be a really good place to live right now because of the price. I really wasn't sure if I would find anything even worth it - I was so wrong! I found 3 bedrooms + that were under $1000 a month. Pretty awesome! If you are looking for a home, apartment, land or just about anything else to rent or buy these classified sites are your best bet. And it doesn't matter what location you choose - you will find what you're looking for! The cool thing about sites like this is that you can pick and choose your own search queries. So say for example that I am looking for a place in Hawaii, I want a house that is in Honolulu, so I can choose that and then I can even further my search by including the words "dogs allowed" or whatever you want. Then, all the home rentals in Honolulu that accept dogs will be in your query results. Let's take a look at some of these home ads:

Sometimes they might even include some photos or a link in the ad that will send you to a more official website. But they will also include some way for you to contact the ad poster as well. This might be by contact form (which is usually included with every ad) or they might include a phone number or an email address. You can reply directly to these people and then they can reply back to your email address so you guys can talk "shop". Very simple, very quick and very efficient!
