If you have the technical know-how, you can design your own banner and text ads or, if you are not especially tech savvy, you can use a service that designs professional banner and text ads that make people want to learn more about your products.
To make the record of your sales easy to keep track of, you should provide easy, immediate payment options for buyers who come to your website, via affiliate links. Having buyers make purchases through online payment programs, like Moneybrokers and Paypal offer a secure way for customers to pay for your ebooks. They also protect you from fraudulent purchases, since credit cards must be verified, before being accepted.
While affiliate marketing certainly isn't the only marketing strategy you should use to market your products, it can be an effective solution towards boosting your ebook sales and bringing in all that lovely cash.
