Who does not enjoy cycling? Every individual does. From infants to older individuals, all enjoy cycling. Cycling is fun, recreational but no one can deny the fact that it offers the best exercise anybody would need to keep fit. It is definitely the easiest and convenient mode of transport, but the individual who can balance over it, can only relish the ride on it. Racing is a sport that can be taken into consideration if an individual has the guts to take up the challenge. And to top it up if racing on rough terrain like the mountain area is taken into consideration, the will power, endurance and focus is all that counts. The cycles that are manufactured especially for such sports have to slim in structure so that the cyclists find it easy to pedal it up hill and tackle it will fully downhill. Companies designing cycles import parts from other expert companies who manufacture cycle parts for the cycles used in various sports, like, rear derailleur and freewheel with EZ-fire shift of a well known cycle parts making company, are combined and installed into the cycles used for mountain biking for reliable shifting performance. Powerful and reliable disc brakes need to be installed too, so that it helps the cyclists grip with power while on move.
