It is a fact that the volume of e-mails increases workload. When these are checked and replied regularly as a routine in every school, office and company people will be overloaded and disturbed by it. Receiving a new mail also means there will be more tasks to do and problems to deal with; this situation badly affect the users.
Besides, e-mail users may face the problem of dangerous viruses, which gradually destroys the IT systems and computers. Hackers can send viruses through it to uncover some important information or to make a whole system out of order with bad purposes. The users become innocent victims of technology.
