What does that mean? The term "above the fold" means that the offer is visible without using the scroll bar. In fact you might want to space out a number of "call to action" buttons or links throughout your copy. Make it as easy as possible for the customer to order.
10.) Include testimonials.
Never under estimate the power a reference. The testimonial is a very powerful selling tool. Remember that what others say about your product, service, or company is exponentially more powerful than anything that you can say about it yourself.
