It's an unfortunate thing but most people absolutely hate their job or worse yet they work for a bad boss. This can cause a person to become quite unhappy with their work. Not only can this cause poor work ethic (you actually work less hard when you work for a nasty person) but it can also lead to other things like depression and frustration! Sometimes you really wish you could just vent your frustrations to other people that know how you feel or are in the same situation as you! Well, now you can. And with anonymity! Even as a business owner I'll admit that sometimes I need a good old rant. So I decided to look online for a few websites where I could find people just like me, and I found just what I needed! These sites will let you:
1. Share their awful or great work experience with other prospective employees.
2. Share with the world how great or not so great their boss is.
3. Rant about work conditions.
And much more! If you have something to say, chances are someone is going through the same problem. This is not only a cool way to get things off your chest and blow off some steam but who knows who you might meet in the process! The website rant option is really easy. No matter which of the three options above you choose you can just fill out a quick form and submit it. Things they will want to know on the form include; your name (you can be anonymous), job title, industry, city, state, employee status, company name, pros and cons, advice for newcomers and satisfaction with employer. This site would also be useful for jobs in your future. Simply do a search for the company and see what people have to say about it.
This could save you a lot of time when dealing with a potential company. Now you can know ahead of time the problems or benefits you can be expecting with any particular company! Some businesses and companies I see on the site include; Taco Bueno - Fort Worth, Texas US, RTTEMPS - Media, PA US, and Steak And Shake - Chicago, IL US. By the way you also have an option to look up bosses as well as companies. You can see exactly what people think of these men and women. Examples: Boss: Russell Waite, CHS - Silverwater, NSW Australia, and Boss: Howard Gerhardt, Courtyard By Marriott - Worcester, Ma US. No one likes working for a jerk and now you won't have to!
