When it comes to posting ads - sometimes they can cost money. And sometimes when they cost money - they end up costing a lot of money, especially if you post in various cities! Recently, however, I found a really cool way to post your ad in various cities and the fee is less than $5. So for example, say I have an ad I want to post in Pittsburgh - I can also post my ad in every single city in Pennsylvania for just a few dollars. This is cool because it's an increase on visibility without it being an increase on the pricing!
Don't worry, these are classified ad sites so you will be able to post your ad in various sections and categories. Maybe you are looking for a new friend. Or maybe you want to sell something. Or better yet, maybe you are looking for a new job! Well these classified ad sites can help you do just that and a whole lot more. Here are a few MAIN sections along with their sub-cats:
For Sale - Autos, clothes, sports equipment, music
Jobs - Marketing, admin, education, legal, work at home
Real Estate - Buying, selling, renting, apartment, home, condo, etc
Services - Auto repair, marketing, movers, writers
Misc. - Blogs, creative, events, pets & puppies
Personals - Pen pals, dating, relationships
And with the city option you could get a lot more "eyes" seeing your ad! You get a lot of options at these ad sites - which is one of the reasons I use them so much! Unlike sites like Craigslist where you have to use html code, you don't have to do that with these sites because they have an editor right in the post. A lot of people can't even use craigslist because of that html problem. People don't know html so they would rather just not use the site or use it but have their ad over-looked. Don't be like all the other ad posters out there.
Be original. Use some photos, use some font colorings, use some basic font differentials like bold, italic and underline. Try the classified ads out! You don't know what your missing out on unless you give it a whirl. Heck, even if you don't want to use the city option - at least use the free option just so you can get a feel for it and see how well this works!
