Staying up late will make dark rings appear around your eyes and your skin become lumpy. Many people have the bad habit of drinking coffee so that they can stay up late without feeling sleepy. By doing this, they double harms to their health because coffee is a stimulant that we should not abuse or it will cause some cardiovascular problems. Staying up late does not only take your beauty away but also has bad effects on your work because you may feel tired in the next morning and cannot concentrate to complete your duties.
2. Not use sun scream in the summer
Sun lights in the summer are very harmful to your skin. They do not only make your skin become darker but also make an increase in getting skin cancer - a very dangerous disease that kills a lot of people every year. One of the most helpful effects of sun scream is to protect your skin against ultraviolet rays which can cause cancers. Further more, sun lights also age your skin and make it lose its elastic ability and become sunburned.
3. Not moisturize scream in the winter
In the winter your skin usually becomes drier and even bleeds in serious cases. Moisturizing scream for your skin will prevent it from aging and being chapped. Pay much attention to skin areas that can be damaged and chapped easily in the winter like hands, lips, heels, cheeks, etc. If you do not moisturize scream, you cannot have smooth skin.
4. Not use hair treatment after washing your hair
Many people are lazy and do not use hair treatment regularly. This bad habit can harm their hair. You cannot look beautiful with bad hair. Abusing the drier to make your hair dry or to form the hair style you want is not a good habit. When the heat and the wind from drier contact your hair much, they will damage it.
5. Not have a reasonable diet with essential nutrient substances
A reasonable diet contributes much into your beauty. In order to keep your beauty, you must have a reasonable diet that supplies your body with enough essential nutrient substances. What are they and how do they make you become more beautiful?
