3. Keep good states of mind
One of the best ways to prevent aging is always keeping good states of mind and smiling. Smiles are even better than the best tonic products because they do not have any side effects. Bad states of mind like being sad, angry, heart-broken, etc will make you become old and less attractive. Remove all of those bad states of mind so that you can get peace in your mind and the youthfulness will stay with you.
4. Purchase hobbies
People who purchase hobbies will be always happy because those interests help them to release stress. Having hobbies and taking part in clubs also bring new friends into your life. Friends with their funny stories will help your body and soul remain young for a long time. But what are such hobbies? There are various hobbies that can attract you such as photography, playing musical instruments, sports, reading, watching films, cooking, collecting stamps, etc.
5. Study continuously
The amount of knowledge in the world is so big that even you spend all your life to study there are still many things that you do not know. One of the best methods to prevent your brain from aging is studying a new language. Learning a new language also brings you many interesting things relating to the countries, people and culture of that language
