People hire cleaning companies for all kinds of reasons - especially if the company is involved with has the capabilities and tools TO do all kinds of jobs. However, some of the most popular and most asked for retail type jobs have to do with store cleaning, shop cleaning, supermarket cleaning and deep cleaning.
These types of companies are hired by people such as yourself that have a retail store and need it to be cleaned. For the most part, I'm finding that you would hire a cleaning company while the store is IN business on off hours. But I assume that these companies would also so cleaning after a store is closed - maybe for sale reasons. You know a store always sell for a much high price when it's clean and glistening!
From what I can see on a lot of these sites they are multiple-servicing companies that offer all kinds of services. I would think if you owned a shop of some sort that these are the types of companies you would want to look for. I like to call them "one stop shops" because everything you need is right there.
Heck, they even do things like pest control which could also be something you could utilize for your store or shop! One of the sites I visited recently even have a calculator of sorts. This works like that of a quote option. But you simply put in some general information such as square footage, number of floors, number of washrooms, kitchens and lifts and then you put how many times a week you would like them to come.
After that just press the calculate button and there you have an assumed amount. So say that I own a supermarket and it's in the dead of winter and I decide that I want to hire a retail cleaning contractor.
My store is about 5000 square foot, one floor, two washrooms, one kitchen (deli), and since its winter time and it's very snowy and sludgy outside, I want them to come three times a week. I can clearly see that by having them come to my store it will cost about 70GBP per week.
I think this is a really fantastic price for what you get - anything in the store that needs cleaned, they will do it and they will do it well! It's all very easy and yet it's something that could make your store that much higher in quality!
