Product liability is a law that surrounds you each and every time you use something that has been produced or manufactured for the public. It ensures that the product or food is held to a certain standard. Without it, if something were to go wrong and you were injured, then you would probably find yourself out of luck, with regard to paying for medical bills you racked up from the injury.

Product liability is there to protect you, the consumer, from any form of harm or injury that results from a faulty product. If these laws did not exist people would have to deal with inferior products every single day.
These laws ensure that manufacturers and producers are held to high standards and that the public is protected. That is something that is good to know in case something happens to you.
