Because the technique is so precise, it is possible to create a delicate line to suit the shape of an individual's brow bone. This type of surgery could boost the self esteem of women who feel that the loss of eyebrow hair has compromised their confidence.
There is however an element of maintenance that needs to be recognized prior to commencing with this type of cosmetic surgery. The hair in the new area will grow as it did at the donor site, which means that every six weeks or so the eyebrows will need to be trimmed to remain tidy. On the positive side, there will be no unsightly stray hairs to contend with, and the new hair transplant procedures produce a natural look that cannot be achieved by cosmetic tattoos.
