In a busy bar or pub, having a fresh stock of clean glasses is absolutely imperative to keeping customers happy and coming back for more refills. Glasses should always be at its most clean and hygienic otherwise your customers will walk out immediately telling another ten people not to come back to the establishment. On nights that are busy the bar should have a backup plan of where glasses run out there should be a fast and efficient way of cleaning them without keeping people waiting.
