Try New Radical Concepts to Build Muscle Fast

Most of the time, people who work out take it very seriously. Many people want to gain muscle to improve their health, others want to get a better self-image, and most just want a better overall appearance. But sadly, many people start out on a workout regimen with dedication and high hopes, but quickly give up because they are not getting the results that they want, and they lose motivation. If you are one of these people, don't give up. Believe it or not, changing your techniques that you utilize even slightly can have a huge impact on the results that you do or do not get. It goes without saying that coaching from an experienced weightlifter who has been through what you've gone through makes a tremendous difference. Your entire aim is to create lean muscle mass and to lose excess fat. This is the million dollar question. The answer lies in the exact way you carry out your workouts.

Today, there are two schools of thought when it comes to trying to pack on muscle as quickly as possible. The most commonly accepted way is championed by muscle building magazines you see in the magazine racks, and a new way to approach the issue is pushed by newer, lesser known body building coaches . The strategy pushed by magazines relies a lot on you purchasing expensive body building equipment and stocking up on loads of supplements. Let's say you're not getting the kind of results that you wanted when you started working out by relying on advice given by the more old-fashioned traditional bodybuilding coaches. In this case, wouldn't you say it would not hurt to try some of the new revolutionary concepts when it comes to gaining muscle?

Let's go over some brief examples of some of the tips you would get from some of the radical new coaches today. A lot of these new ideas might seem a little bit odd at first, but don't knock it 'til you try it. You might be quite surprised at the results you get utilizing some of these seemingly unusual concepts. One of them is that doing three sets of 10 reps is a completely outdated concept. It's a generic formula that just doesn't work in most cases. What you want to aim for instead is to achieve the max intensity and highest workload that you can achieve, in the briefest time segment you can.

Keep in mind however, that the most amount of work does not always equal the highest amount of weight. Intensity does not equate to lifting the highest amount of weight that you can move. Regarding the 10 repetitions -- if you're able to lift a weight for 10 reps, it is simply too light. On the flipside, doing three sets of any exercise is usually two too many. If you're working on at a high enough intensity, you won't be able to do three sets. Trying to carry out the full range of motion for exercises that you do will set back your progress immensely. It's no secret that muscles are strongest in only a very limited certain range of motion. Remain in that short range of motion always to maximize the weight and intensity in your workouts. Finally, if you have never tried static contraction training at all, you simply don't know what you're missing.

Is this advice too hard to swallow? If you are satisfied with all the results that you are getting from your current bodybuild program, feel free to pass on this advice. However, using some of the new revolutionary concepts in bodybuilding may stun you with the huge results they give you. And as another benefit, you'll most likely have to work out only a fraction of the time you do right now. Envision visiting the gym only once or twice a week, but getting more impressive results than you do now.
