While installing the boiler in the loft, the attic has to be made accessible through the lower down loft. The attic is attached to the lost hatch. The floor is then boarded from the hatch to the gas boiler location. It is always good to have enough of lighting in the loft. This makes it easy for the plumber to gain the access to the heating boiler during the time of installation and later while servicing it.
